My dream has pretty much always been to get really really good at a game and be a thot while I do it so when people try to slut shame me I can stomp them.

Good dream. I would recommend fighting games not shooters. in fighting game you lose or win based on skill. Shooters are way more luck than skill.
No I’m bad at fighting games I play melee but I have carpal tunnel from drawing and my hands give out after 15 minutes

Get a hit box. It honestly makes a world of difference you don't have that issues with keyboard do you?
