I've had a similar situation and I'm not gonna say get over it that will happen in Time. The best advice I got is don't do anything it will only make it way worse even if you don't think it will trust me it will. Your hurting you need to process it.
This happened months ago- I’m not going to do anything there’s nothing to do. I’m just venting.
