Does anyone have any remedies for insomnia or ways to stay asleep? I haven’t slept for more than two hours at a time (and haven’t totaled more than six in a day) for the past three weeks and I can feel it really wearing me out. I don’t feel like myself. My anxiety is really bad.
I’m nervous about Zzzquil or anything like that because of a bad reaction I have to the antihistamine if I take enough to make me sleepy. I’ve been taking melatonin since I got back from Boston (about a week now) and it hasn’t helped very much.
