I wonder if it's a first born thing, parents who pick favorites rarely pick the oldest because they blame us for all the changes in their life, good or bad but the 2nd kid is always seen as a "bonus" or "second chance" so they get treated better. Swear to god.

As the first born I can truthfully say I don’t agree with this. I’ve never felt my brother was more loved. He gets some special treatment bc of personal health reasons- but never anything that made it feel like I was less. It’s just a part of his needs.

Then maybe you should reread where I said RARELY.

the way I read that was a parent rarely picks the oldest instead of picking youngest. I just was saying I don’t feel either of us were favorited. dont need to be sassy, was just stating my personal experience in having a little sibling.

Well what I was said was that parents who pick favorites, rarely pick their firstborn. Don't try to tell me I'm wrong on something when you didn't even read my tweet correctly. That's not sass, that's me pointing out your error.

Guys let’s chill. We know it’s not 100% one way or the other. It’s the holidays. We still have other loved ones even it’s not our moms. It could even just be friends so let’s just focus on who we love and hug them tight.
