UPDATE #NotreDame: I have just been able to verify the footage. I reconstructed the URL's on http://viewsurf.com of the cam footage and was able to pinpoint it to Unix timestamp 1555340708 (which is April 15th, 17:05hrs). Here is the unedited footage. What does that mean?
This means that the footage about possible arson of the Notre Dame is not edited, altered or tampered with in any way. It does NOT mean that we can assume the Notre Dame has been arsonned. But this really is actual footage of #NotreDame within the last 2 hours before the fire.
TIMING #NotreDame: Video is shot at 17:05h. The last worker left the roof at 17:20h and the last worker left the area at 17:50hrs (source: http://liberation.fr ) However, a first alarm rang already at 18:20h. Second alarm at 18:43h.
