To eradicate caste the need is to look inward. How many dalits/adivasis are your friends? How many are you hiring in your organization? Are you correcting caste-discrimination, reservation-hate in your family/friends' groups? Are you questioning your privilege enough?

Caste-based 'Reservation' is a social justice program--like affirmative action in the US. Caste can't be uprooted by removing reservations that are needed to counter the extreme & unfair hegemony. 15% of the privileged-caste population is monopolizing 95% of jobs and academia.
