Wrong, Jerusalem belonged to Israel from the get go, except for the part that was captured in the 1967 http://war.You lose a war, you're apt 2 lose territory. Pretty simple. King David declared Jerusalem the capital of the Jews in 1004 BCE, in fact.

Shame on Canada and Australia for abstaining. Many of the 35 are dependent on U.S aid, but what's Canada's & Australia's excuse? Shameful.

Shame on them, why? Both have a well known stance on Israel/Palestine. In addition, they clearly sent the message that they will not be bullied by Trump.
