Because the vaccine does not prevent asymptomatic transmission.
That's not what the experts are saying and frankly, asymptomatic transmission is a myth.
Because vaccines don't stop transmission. They stop severe illness.
Then why did the CDC tell people they don't need to wear masks anymore either indoors or outdoors if they're vaccinated?
I suppose the ones who are vaccinated are asking the same question. Why vaccinate if you need to live like you weren't?
Because the vaccine offers some protection, especially against severe illness and death, and because the safety measures that help protect the vulnerable and reduce variants are not particularly onerous.
