At the risk of putting the cart before the horse, we need a policy conversation about how to incentivize people to switch.

We do. I think the charging investments in the American Jobs Plan would make up a big part of that, providing reassurance that running out of juice is an incredibly remote possibility. But getting the cost down is its own incentive, and in this instance the price seems great.
