Mine has cleaner and easier to understand text, so it doesn't need to be upgraded to epic. XP
I did find it a bit strange that they made the decision to list them all like that.

I think the reason why is that "tribe" or "type" aren't official terms in the rules (AFAIK). But I agree it's weird b/c now: they are locked into never adding new tribes; this card is contradictory in that it says "all" types but then only lists some; or 3) constant rewrites.
