Why "forget the funnel"? Because businesses that rely on recurring revenue, like SaaS, need to provide customers with continued value month after month, year after year. Itโ€™s a serious mistake to think about marketing as something that stops when someone signs up.

Iโ€™ve been experimenting w analyzing qual research using ChatGPT. It canโ€™t replicate our ability to draw less obvious connections (yet) but Iโ€™m still blown away. How much time it can save is one thing. Its ability to explain seemingly tiny nuances is wild. Anyone else tried?

Q for the G Suite peeps: I have multiple accounts, as most of us do, but for just one of them, my calendar wonโ€™t load. Itโ€™s been weeks and itโ€™s wildly frustrating because itโ€™s the account and calendar I use the most. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas why?

Ended work with a company today where we increased traffic to the site 600% YoY. Messaging and positioning aren't dialed in yet, so no matter how much (relevant & solution seeking) traffic we drove, we couldn't create pipeline. Just didn't make sense to keep us on retainer.
