#b3d bug??
left: blender 2.82
right: blender 2.83alpha (downloaded today)
same RF code in both, blender viewport settings are exactly the same, but GL opacity in 2.83 is all wrong! even blender's font rendering (blf) is wrong?
anyone else notice this? when did it start?

I had some strange noise on the eevee viewport as well. Perhaps a classic "sit still and wait" kind of situation?

Is still alpha and they made a refactor of GP but that probably touched so much of the viewport stuff, so don't worry give it time :) I think better to report if stills with beta
