Well, both IQ and crime statistics aren't indicative of either actual Intelligence (IQ tests are skewed greatly by assuming a basis of educational knowledge) or violent/criminal behaviour for a race. Crime is more indicative of monetary status and locale than anything else.

No, IQ tests have logic puzzles and measure problem solving abilities. Blacks all over the world score lower than any other racial group. And there are far more American whites in poverty than blacks. But blacks commit over half of all violent crimes.

That's only half of what an IQ test tests, depending on the test it could be as low as 1/3 of the score. Africans are by far the least educated as a whole. Metro areas, unlike rural have higher crime rates. It also doesn't help that they've been raised in a gangster culture.

Most of (especially American) African descendents problems in these areas are due not to a genetic fault, but a social one. The push to be a sub-culture within the US, and the soft racism of assuming they can't do better. Dem's crutch programs like Welfare, and HUD don't help.
