      It looks to me like you’re assuming entirely one dose vaccines. The math gets substantially worse if the 2-dose options are playing major roles, which I thought they would be.

      I go with: (number of only first shots + number of fully vaccinated * 2 + vaccination rate per day * (4/3) * days until May) / 2.
