It looks to me like you’re assuming entirely one dose vaccines. The math gets substantially worse if the 2-dose options are playing major roles, which I thought they would be.
No, I'm assuming about a third of the vaccines are one-dose.

50 days, 2.2M doses/day =~ 110M doses. 30 to fill out those who were started= 60m of 140m complete. Leave 80m left to vaccinate, 80m doses to do it with.
