All the hate from progressives toward Sinema today is probably part of the plan. It'll let her paint herself as an independent who doesn't walk the party line, and even riles up some people on the left. And it'll potentially work to her benefit.
That's not to say her vote was right. (I want a higher minimum wage.) But a lot of the commentary on here misses that some senators are working with different political incentives than whether Twitter gets mad at them.
