Even from a purely selfish standpoint, a live stream of Trump getting vaccinated would've let him brag about his work getting the vaccines done *and* potentially convinced more of his political base to do something that could save their lives (letting them vote for him in 2024).
He's not the type of guy who wants to make it all about himself, German.
His upper arm is super pale and fatty. Woulda looked bad.
It can STILL help and it's an easy way to get himself mainstream press that's halfway positive. Such an easy win but he won't take it.
