    We would like to thank everyone who came out yesterday to support The BUSFAS championships and the Folly Rockets Cycle in aid of SoSad Cavan. Early indications show we have raised over €3000 again this year meaning we have raised nearly €20000 over the last 5 years.

    4 at Baseline and Their Short-Term Changes in a Workplace Cohort in Singapore. 67% of workers were overweight or obese at baseline. Participants gained 0.23 and 0.5kgs at 3 and 12 months leading 2 a 15% increase in those reported 2b overweight/obese at 12months
