I can space pin fine. You can get the opponent either caught in it or kill them. Using regular spacing, I’ll be holding them in pin. I don’t have to count steps or vibrations or anything. However, if I want to kill with tipper pin, I have to count steps to know the distance

But isn't microspacing just better spacing? Is it really necessary to distinguish the two?

It helps me to distinguish the two because some of my moves have very different outcomes based on micro-movements It’s just a way for me to best learn about the game and distinguish between outcomes while I’m playing
