So on top of working with offline/online Smash TOs for better lagtesting, I also want to work with LAN TOs and those who are knowledgeable about the PC scene to figure out a proper procedure for games who heavily rely on P2P. Upload speed & ping info just isn't enough data sadly.

how is a ping test to a third party server even informative? probably better to use mtr to examine packet loss along the network path between the two players. if the packet loss is at one end of the pathway, then the player on that end is at fault.
