How do you handle it I legit wanna throw up n have been in pain for almost twelve hours

Ibuprofen helps me, but now I can’t fall back asleep lol. Periods suck. Def try ibuprofen or something similar to that. I take it as soon as I notice the slightest amount of pain which usually helps prevent awful pain on day 1 .
