What exactly would you like advice on? There is no right way to get into cosplay honestly. I suggest researching how to sew, look up some cosplay craft videos and see what interests you. @ZonbisWorkshop has some AMAZING starter video tutorials on different aspects of cosplay.
@NipahDUBS Hello! I see a bunch of your cosplays, and I'm STUNNED! They're absolutely gorgeous! I'm looking into making my own costumes, but I'm not quite sure where to start, how to go about it, or what materials I need. Would you mind giving me some advice?
