    I wrote to about a website problem I was having and got back an email with 12 lines of text that was a platitude at best. Total size of the email was 1.1MG. It's some binary attachment from Outlook. This is the state of web support. Sigh.

    There's a reason I don't follow political figures on Twitter.

    This should have been obvious, partly because the government *told us* about these discussions. CPC MPs who've been arguing Trudeau is using Twitter at the expense of traditional diplomatic channels knew they were blowing hot air. Did it anyway
