#TheGameAwards is a time of celebration for this industry, the biggest form of entertainment in the world.
There is no place for abuse, harassment or predatory practices in any company or any community.
I also realize we have a big platform which can accelerate and inspire change. We are committed to that, but we all need to work together to build a better and a more inclusive environment so everyone feels safe to build the world’s best games.
All of us are accountable to this standard.

I don’t think that’s possible, especially as a lot of decent people worked on Activision games, seems kinda unfair to just write that off because some employees and all the higher ups were terrible people
Nope. Not while there are still people on the board of directors and they still have the ability to give an award to people who did awful things. Just read the replies to this tweet. It isn't enough.

Then remove Rob Kostich from your advisory board, and publicly denounce Activision Blizzard's actions on the show itself.
