I asked about that a while back and was told the reason they don't have volume control is because the site is only intended for previewing music, not listening to music for long periods
I use a chrome extension called Volume Manager that allows you to change the volume per each tab open. It has changed my life.

There's also an extension called Bandcamp Volume that adds a little volume slider beneath the transport bar on Bandcamp!
