    I highly recommend watching a movie on whatever screen you have access to along with microwave popcorn. It felt like nostalgia at this point.

    I was nervous and anxious about an 8am meeting that just concluded. I didn’t do any weekend work on it. I didn’t stay up late obsessing over it. I woke up early, took a shower and made a healthy breakfast, trusting that I was prepared. I was right and it felt great.

    I really liked over the shoulder angle on the that showed the pace and strokes per minute. Wish that data was part of the head up display for all rowing events.
