its awful, because its like the most critical things become the ones least likely to be written about or discussed.

the only time i had interesting convo with someone about this was like a friend basically being like "actually i get how these things happen, i was married for ten years and it was hell and no wanted to help us or wanted to acknowledge we were having issues."

they were like "i dont know what would have happened if we had guns in the house" Someone who didnt even participate in that violence taking ownership for it though felt like such a relief and a potential for conversation.
