1/ Project idea for later (that I'm sure someone has thought of):
@Raspberry_Pi's are cheap and can serve as a WIFI access point. I wonder what creative things would emerge with physically-located devices which are ISOLATED from the internet.

2/ Like, say you're on a college campus and you come across a passwordless Stephs_BBS SSID. You connect to it and can only access a local web server. What would you put there? What could you build? What would social and creative people make out of it?

3/ The internet connects people. But, so does space. We have these incredible boxes in our pockets that speak common protocols. You can use that for localized creative experiences. You don't need to glob together disparate geographies and stochastically compel synchronicity.

Replying to @generativist
Back in 2014, while contributing to a project to bring python to the browser (
@brython3), I figured a basic server running on@Raspberry_Pi auto config of wifi and a bunch of chromebook and you have a classroom in a box for remote locations without internet access.3 replies 2 retweets 4 likes
