Yes. Pervasive discrimination, cheap oil, affordable college, large public spending projects, and higher tax rates.

"Pervasive" discrimination (slippery words) is kind of giving away your agenda. That era's over. But if you mean discrimination against illegal immigrants, I'm in. We're nation of laws, right? Not a democracy, but a republic? Sorry for being elementary, just want to level set. TY

Great job countering my "crass generalizations," Mark. Just top notch.

I’ve had nothing to counter yet, just slippery phrases that defy precise meaning and intent. Can I ask you this? Do you agree with the US Constitution pretty much in its entirety? And the law order it supports? Not too hard to answer, I hope!

I agree. You did have a bit of trouble following along. But, I'll answer your inane question. Did you mean pre-Bill of Rights? Had some flaws. That ⅗ths bit seemed pretty shit. So, no, I guess I don't support the idea of constitutional infallibility. Seems pretty silly to me.

preborn, and find a way to (by statute) disengage the federal government from the job of educating our young. I think that job’s locus should be the state and the county. Guess you could say I’m a bit old-fashioned.

I like "unalienable Rights" and "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." And when laws demonstrably create patterns that molest such rights, I'm loyal to human beings. But Im glad you support the Constitution. Hopefully you'll fervently defend 1A since POTUS is attacking it.

Okay, I’ll bite. Exactly how is Trump subverting or repressing 1A?

Now I’m convinced you’re simply trolling. But assuming good faith, here’s a wildly incomplete and now out of date introduction to his attempts at subverting 1A: https://www.nationalreview.com/2017/10/donald-trump-first-amendment-dangerous-misunderstanding-federal-communications-commission/ …

If that's true, than cheers. Navigating away from a personal informational equilibrium rarely happens because it is painfully hard.
