Yes, redesigning belief systems, cultures, and social institutions is far harder. But, the rejection of all other societal structures really seems premised on an abstract barrier that will one day concretely fail, if only because of a refusal to update given new information.

Unfortunately, I’m of the school that basically thinks no amount of data could falsify the neoliberal worldview bc the ideology itself prima facie excludes as evidence data which would conflict with its operation

Once I'm done with my dissertation. I really do want to do a deep dive into the (large body of) economics literature that I wasn't exposed to as a finance undergrad or a (non-economist) computational social scientist.
