Like, 10 years ago, I did a lot of
#rubylang work and use rspec (or cucumber). And@dhh had this post about unit tests should be magic-free. Didn't get it at first but slowly I realized how the principle of least surprise was a good heuristic. R surprises me a lot.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -
But, tidyverse really cuts down on surprises, making the giant statistical ecosystem more accessible and less cognitively taxing -- both GREAT things!
