And that is exactly why a noob like me is going to need it to bolster my future :) Side note: I too share your enthusiasm of having this printed on any and every form of clothing :)

I assure I will do that. As soon as I’m done with Learn Python The Hard Way Learn More Python the Hard Way & Automate the Boring Stuff :/ I’m pretty new to this as you can tell - but, I will get back to you

Awesome!
@zedshaw's book is a great way to start because he (tries to) force you to get the mental-muscle memory of doing all the exercises. It's the only way to learn! And automate the boring stuff should make programming useful to you quickly.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

Agreed! I absolutely love the book’s structure - brilliantly delivered. Really gets you to think and troubleshoot. Can’t wait to keep progressing & moving onto the next few books before attempting DL. I’m about a few years late to programming but better late than never! :)

I absolutely enjoy it! Initially had to do programming as part of my uni degree - was delivered so badly I just lost the appetite for it despite knowing its importance. Made a promise last year I would start programming - was tuned into
#Python for few reasons; loving it :)1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

Will do! My brain is already roiling with ideas which are spurring me to get better at coding. Plus - it being ‘lingua franca’ to a degree, large libraries, great community & easy to grasp; makes it easy to be a lazy engineer Which is the dream! :p haha

Yep. You can build websites if you want; or do data science; or write robotics; or make pretty drawings.

Pretty drawings eh - a man is not bought and sold! I’m sure that other stuff is also important haha Short terms goals are - get better at coding & then look around my personal life to see what can be improved with some keen coding + modelling before tackling larger projects
