Hey, basically everyone on my twitter feed: What do you do for neck pain induced by hunching over ALL FUCKING DAY?
I did that for a year. I habitually lock my knees though. Created a new problem! (I did feel better at end of day though.)

I typically alternate, mornings I stand, afternoons I sit (kneeling chair). And I get up and walk around a lot and also swim a lot.
