Hey, basically everyone on my twitter feed: What do you do for neck pain induced by hunching over ALL FUCKING DAY?
Weight training is the only thing that keeps me sane. Like, hormonally it does fantastic things to my brain. But, my neck is getting worse.

I think they're just too shortened. I get MRIs/CTs frequently (not related) and docs always say, "were you recently in a car crash?" Sigh.
