Getting a better desk setup and regular yoga helped me immensely. Also, massages (as long as I can afford it).

Maybe see a physical therapist? Could give you stretches specifically for the stiff muscles. Maybe your lifting technique is slightly off?

Move the computer so you are not hunching.

I like yoga. Just never feel like spending that time. Figuring out how to hunch less -- that *should* be easier? Maybe a harness?
