1) Intermittent fasting. My brain works oddly well fasted.
@ttkeil Once your body (insulin response) gets trained though, you don't experience the tired at all. By hour 18, I have a lot of energy.

@ttkeil Maybe for week 1. It's insane how quickly your body gets used to it. Like, I have days where I suddenly realize, "oh yea, food."
