1) Intermittent fasting. My brain works oddly well fasted.
@ttkeil I buy parts of that. I do full 24 hour 0-calorie (coffee ok) fasts 3 times a week.

@ttkeil Once your body (insulin response) gets trained though, you don't experience the tired at all. By hour 18, I have a lot of energy. -
