We started the kids on Harry Potter as soon as they could speak. Maybe 3 yo. Audio books. No regrets.

I read Heidi, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, and the Hobbit several times to my kids. It was no use. They became teenagers and then adults, and worse, they had opinions at an early age. Still not sure what I did wrong
