I've fasted three times a week for more than a decade. Shelter in place completely broke up that routine. I started resuming again this week and damn... ...I really do feel so much better.

I love breakfast.. as in love the food. Eggs/toast/fruit/breakfast burritos etc.. but most days I didnt do a full breaky, so no big loss there.. don't really miss cereal or whatever.

Dinner and lunch are hard cause they are often social.. I could prob drop one or the other a few times a week except for that ..
