I've fasted three times a week for more than a decade. Shelter in place completely broke up that routine. I started resuming again this week and damn... ...I really do feel so much better.

Cool... I've started doing 7pm till noon following most days.. but keep thinking I should skip the mid day or dinner 1-2 days a week

Dinner is definitely the hardest for me. Once you do it as a routine though, the lunch isn't.
