I’ve done filters, dark, and even just listening to books at night instead of tv or reading before bed but nothing really worked

What about medications like melatonin? It’s supposed to treat sleep disorders and stuff (I’m not close to being a doctor, especially medical one any time soon) I haven’t tried them but I saw some candies at the checkout of WholeFoods which contained melatonin.pic.twitter.com/ejUfeI9buT

Yea tried with varying doses. It doesn’t seem to help me fall asleep but does seem to help me sleep through the night longer, which is still good

I have this thing where I just wake at 7am no matter what happens the previous day. Worked until 2am? My brain goes, rise and shine, it’s time wake up! And then I feel like a zombie throughout the day
