What about medications like melatonin? It’s supposed to treat sleep disorders and stuff (I’m not close to being a doctor, especially medical one any time soon) I haven’t tried them but I saw some candies at the checkout of WholeFoods which contained melatonin.pic.twitter.com/ejUfeI9buT

Yea tried with varying doses. It doesn’t seem to help me fall asleep but does seem to help me sleep through the night longer, which is still good
