Anyone I follow live tweet #SCOTUS?
It's not something I follow / know enough about, so the "I generally trust you" lift would be nice.

I follow SCOTUS inordinately closely -- I have attended over twenty cases' arguments (exact number not actually clear -- only went to half an argument once, do rearguments count?), routinely read cases/briefs. Been listening to arguments while out walking, tho, so nothing live.

Anyone live tweeting you recommend (preferably for people who *don't* have much legal background).

I'm actually scrolling back through history (or such "history" as Twitter shows) trying to find anyone that live-tweeted. :-D Tho I suspect the people I follow, and algo suggestions, are going to be professors/practitioners/etc. whose commentary *would* presume such.

So far I haven't found many people talking about it, in technical senses. (I have deliberately skipped a couple journalists' takes because they're so slanted, "the answer is obvious and anyone who says otherwise is stupid" sort of thing, it's a waste of time to read them.)

Yea the catch-22. Legal proceedings in general but particularly at the supreme court are technical in a way that I wouldn't trust anyone who doesn't spend most of their time in that space to know what they're talking about — but those folks aren't writing for me, at least first.

Could be worth your time to skim back through
@jadler1969 tweets. We'll likely see@VolokhC blogging on the arguments, too (posts may already have happened, for all I know now). Somewhat technical, likely, but VC was my gateway drug to law, and they aim for approachability...1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

For a play-by-play (presuming a modicum of knowledge of cases/law), threads containing https://twitter.com/stevenmazie/status/1260232175628234758 … and https://twitter.com/stevenmazie/status/1260254246785736708 … may be useful. Also the
