9/ What remains when you're done? Well, it may not be THE ANSWER. But if it's compelling, it's probably a good explanation, at least of your understanding if nothing else.

Once you get steady with pen and paper (& and diagrams!), we've started using Notion to help doc and write, and it's pretty good for us. So an app like that can help org your notes, once you kinda know the content you want to spill.

I find a whiteboard and a pen/paper are wonderful tools for creating mental imagery I can hold onto for longer than typed thoughts. I am of the opinion that curating thoughts are not easy to do by yourself or without the right tools.
