Did you think a tincture would taste good? Also, have you tried melatonin? Are you having problems sleeping all night, or just falling asleep?

I did not but wow, instant gross. Ive tried everything over the years (since like, age 5, really). Only thing that "worked" was Ambien as an adult, but it leaves me underwater all day.

This silly suggestion worked for me: I had luck with putting Bob Ross videos on my phone when trying to sleep. I can focus on his voice and drown out my thoughts but because he's talking about visual concepts I can't see, my brain isn't stimulated and I can doze off.

I've since switched to meditation apps but I'm sure you've tried those.
