Human environments; states; polities; consensus algorithms; democracy; the games we all play — however you conceive of that. I mean this in a very narrow and literal way. You *can* choose to see politics as just a way of taking more for you...where whether or not it makes things worse for other people is irrelevant. And — no one needs to hear this but — a lot of people see it that way. But I don't.

Figuring out how and what is a better world is the truly hard part. But the only people I personally want to hear from — including those I profoundly disagree with — are the people who also believe it's possible — for everyone — and there are choices to make now.

Some of them have. And so have some of the people who made the world profoundly better. It’s not useful for helping with the hard part — actually getting it right.
