Do you know/have contact with a confirmed case? Or just based on symptoms/course of illness?

My wife thought it was a bad case of viral pneumonia at the time, followed by laryngitis. Happened a day or two after flying back West (and flew week before that, too).

they need an antibody test (or theoretically, a TCR receptor NGS kind of thing) for that.

My friend is a nurse at her nationally recognized hospital she said they still aren't really able to test asymptomatic people even if they've had contact with a confirmed case
