Everyone (including, very often, me) who wants to change particular aspects of twitter to make it better would probably be bored and frustrated with the outcome.

oh come on, there’s so much low-hanging fruit. stop switching away from chronological? let you block recommendations and likes-as-retweets without entering a cryptic list of mute strings?

Yep. And I want all of it. But the general structure of twitter is pretty damn robust. The good idea extensions all are too small to be able to compel any change I think.
