Why? It may be a good illustration of how difficult it is to trace viral spread. Compared to IRL epidemiology, twitter is digitally-easy. Assuming R naught greater than zero, I suspect the paths may be interesting and surprising to see.

P.S. Someone pointed out that copy/paste may do funny things with emojis. That's fine (and hey, mutation!). As long as the hashtag is there, it's workable.
