I'm at the point in Caliban's War right after Prax describes "the cascade" (i.e. green house collapse) when he's wondering if the dependent outer-planets would have sufficient buffers to absorb the SPOF blow. Anyways, glad this is a far-off space opera, right!?

Ok, so as my KNN recommender system where k==1, what other books do you recommend besides Dune and Expanse serieseses? I have been out of the reading for fun habit until recently escaping grad school, so I haven't read much else for a long time

and I was surprised how relatively faithful the expanse show was to the first book. I guess it helps that it was written in a very tv friendly way
